Thermal protector/temperature switch

Description
YH-KSD9700 series thermal protector/temperature switch is composed of disc shape high sensitivity bimetallic element, moving contact, static wafer, fixed base, housing, and high temperature resistant wire.The fully enclosed structure can protect the components from contamination by dust or impurities, prevent the penetration of paint and damage from external forces. During operation, bimetallic element is in free state, the moving contact connects with the static wafer, and circuit is conducting. When the temperature of an appliance rises to the trigger temperature of thermal protector due to a malfunction, the bimetallic element generates internal stress and quickly moves, pushing the moving contact away from static wafer and disconnecting the circuit for power off which can protects the appliance from burnout. When the temperature of the protected appliance drops to the rated reset temperature value of the thermal protector, the bimetallic element returns to its initial state with contact closure, and the appliance resumes normal operation. This product has the advantages of low resistance, high temperature sensitivity, quick reaction, safety and reliability, and small size.
